We are pleased to announce the release of another new, free piece of software that will help Seneschals and players who use laptops at their sessions: A TRoS Die Roller. Designed for Mac OS X Dashboard and ported to a downloadable web page for PC, its convenient layout and success highlighting makes rolling with your computer a breeze. | |||

For this week's download, I present the "missing page" to The Flower of Battle
supplement, the Huscarl Axe, written by Brian Bjerregaard Bergh. Thanks Brian! Also, as we are gearing up to start laying out Sorcery and the Fey we are making a call for artwork for the book. With the increase in the book's size we are going to need more artwork than initially expected! So if you have a portfolio and can work on a very quick turnaround, please contact claymore@driftwoodpublishing.com. Next week we will have a new application for you, so please check back. |

We have created a new, free piece of software that will help Seneschals and
Players quickly determine the results of damage inflicted. The TRoS Damage
Table Widget comes in two formats: a Mac Dashboard widget, and small
downloadable website that can be used with either a Mac or PC. You simply
adjust the sliders within the application to denote the Zone struck, Location
Hit, and Wound Level suffered, and the program reads the results from the
Damage Charts from the core rulebook.
Check back each week for further applications and previews for Sorcery and the Fey |

Sorcery and the Fey is in final editing! I'm very, very pleased to announce that Sorcery and the Fey, Driftwood Publishing's newest (and long overdue) supplement for The Riddle of Steel roleplaying game is in final editing. Once editing is complete the book will go into layout and then be sent to the printer. Stay tuned to www.theriddleofsteel.net to pre-order the Print and PDF versions of the book at a special price! We will also be making a series of website updates in the near future, including releasing several new applications and widgets to help run your TRoS games. |
